This Privacy Policy applies only to retailers who use NextPaw. It does not apply to end consumers or shoppers. Any data collected directly by a retailer from consumers is governed by that retailer’s own privacy practices.

NextPaw does not sell personal information. NextPaw does not sell information related to your business.

By creating an account or using the platform, you consent to receiving:

If your account is terminated or canceled, your hosted website and its content will no longer be available.

7. Data Retention

If you cancel your account:

Your platform and website access will remain available until the end of your current billing period
After your access period ends, your account will be closed and your hosted website will be disabled
Certain information may be retained for compliance, recordkeeping, business continuity, and backup purposes

Backup systems automatically cycle and delete data on predefined schedules. Historical data retained for compliance or operational integrity will not be actively used.

8. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information in our care.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

NextPaw provides hosted websites, digital tools, software, and related services designed for independent pet retailers. The Services may include:

Appointment and scheduling tools

Analytics and reporting
Integrations and business support tools

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

D. Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

Your dashboard access remains available until the end of your current paid term
After your term ends, your account will be closed and your hosted website will be disabled
Your website, templates, and related hosted content are not transferrable

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose
Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
Misrepresent your identity or business information
Violate intellectual property rights
Abuse platform communication tools

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. ADA Accessibility

NextPaw websites are not guaranteed to be ADA-compliant by default.
ADA accessibility features are available as an optional, paid add-on service.

6. Payment, Billing, and Cancellations

A. Subscription Terms

The Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis and renew automatically unless canceled.

B. Cancellation Procedure
